Construction machinery is the main customer of high-end hydraulic components. In recent years, the number of imported hydraulic components in China has remained stable, mainly due to the monopoly of the high-end hydraulic component market by imported components. According to the quantity and amount of hydraulic component imports in China, the average price of hydraulic component imports can be obtained. Since 2012, due to the global market downturn, the average price of hydraulic component imports has continued to decline, reaching the lowest price of $287 in 2015. In 2016, there was a slight rebound, but the overall change was not significant. At present, the high-end hydraulic components used in domestic excavators mainly rely on foreign manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth and Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and there is a huge demand for import substitution.
